Tales from the Organ Trade to screen at film festivals around the world!

Tales from the Organ Trade has recently been accepted into a large number of film festivals around the world. Here is a list of the festivals:

Dokufest, Prizren, Kosovo (screening 8PM on August 21, and 8PM on the 23rd)
Dokufest is an International Documentary and Short Film Festival that is held every year during August in Prizren, Kosovo. It started in 2002. This Festival attracts numerous international and regional artists. In this annually organized festival, films are designed to be screened throughout the day, in two open air cinemas as well as in two regular cinemas accompanied with the program of activities. Except for its films, the festival is also well known for lively nights after the screening. Various events happen within the scope of the festival: workshops, DokuPhoto exhibitions, festival camping, concerts, which together turn the city into a lively and colorful place.

White Sands International Film Festival, Las Cruces, New Mexico (screening Sept 5th at 8PM)
The White Sands International Film Festival (WSIFF) is dedicated to bringing independent filmmakers and audiences together under the gorgeous backdrop of Southern New Mexico. WSIFF screens outstanding short- and feature-length films, documentaries and narratives of all genres from around the world, while promoting the local film industry and developing lasting relationships within the international film community.

DocUtah, St. George, Utah (screening Sept 5 at 6:50pm, Sept 7th at 2:15pm)
DOCUTAH is a Southern Utah International Film Festival presented by Dixie State University in St. George. The mission of DOCUTAH is to inspire a global connection through documentary films and intellectual discussion. In doing so it will enhance the education of students and citizens of the Southern Utah Community.

Fantastic Fest, Austin, Texas (festival dates are Sept 19-26)
Fantastic Fest is the largest genre film festival in the U.S., specializing in horror, fantasy, sci-fi, action and just plain fantastic movies from all around the world. In years past we have presented the world premieres of THERE WILL BE BLOOD, APOCALYPTO, CITY OF EMBER, ZOMBIELAND, and GENTLEMEN BRONCOS, while our guest roster has included such talent as Mel Gibson, Bill Murray, Dolph Lundgren, Jemaine Clement, Paul Rudd, Bill Pullman, Paul Thomas Anderson, Kevin Smith, Jon Favreau, George Romero, Darren Aronofsky and Mike Judge. We also feature world, national and regional premieres of new, up-and-coming genre films.

Kansas International Film Festival, Overland Park, Kansas (screening Oct 5th)
The Kansas International Film Festival (KIFF) stands alone as a movie purist's delight, focusing on documentary, narrative, and animated independent films. Founded in 2001 as a non-profit organization, KIFF attracts local, regional, and national work, recognizing visiting filmmakers and screen personalities, and increasing public awareness of independent and classic cinema as a cultural, economic, and educational asset. Named one of the top 25 festivals worth their entry fee by Movie Maker Magazine, KIFF culminates in the presentation of several awards, including an Audience Award in each category based on audience votes.
